Dr. David Alan Parks, MD

I have been a throughly satisfied patient of Dr. Parks for more than 20 years. I don't know how to thank Dr. Parks and his staff for the gold standard of care I receive. Thanks to their intervention, I am alive today.

waits are hours past appointment times because the dr. takes over an hour for each 15 min appointment - blamed on patients! staff can be rude if you question poor service. lab fees are outragiously high. way above other labs. dr. is good, nice and knowledgable. come at least two hours late to your appointment and plan to spend the entire day -seriously! referrals to other drs are good. free drugs!! but you'll have to wait for the pharmacy salespeople to leave before you"re seen.

I have been going to Dr. Parks office for over 20 years and go their for one reason.....the doctor and his staff are great about taking adequate time to address all of your concerns

I love this clinic. The staff is super friendly and the Doctors actually take the time to listen, explain what exactly is wrong with you, and if they cannot quite figure it out they will send you to the needed specialists for a diagnosis. I have been going to this clinic for more than five years now and I refuse to go anywhere else for treatment. I will say that wait times can be slow if you are seeing Dr. David Parks, but that is due to him taking his time to understand what may be wrong with you and get you the help you need. He is a total sweetheart, and if you are looking for a clinic with the kindest and most understanding Doctors come and visit. It is well worth it.

I was a patient here for over fourteen years. The past year there were multiple times that the staff failed me. Nurse Practitioners who would leave & your test results would disappear with them. They have an online patient portal for you to communicate with them. For three weeks they bounced me around in emails blaming different people on their staff for not giving me the care I asked for. They never apologize & they never admit wrong doing. But I’ve got all the screenshots.

* 7 of last 8 appointments canceled. * Multiple requests to have office manager contact me were ignored. * Recent appointment mysteriously disappears despite it being talked about in Private Messages. * Office manager Jim Bilderback suggests I find a new doctor. This place was wonderful when I first came, but has went downhill fast in the last year. Not the place for you if you have issues that need addressed as getting time with the doctor is next to impossible.

I have never met more engaged, friendlier doctor who really took time to explain what was wrong with me. I have a fairly complex health issue but he explained more to me in one visit than any other doctor. I heard he was slow at times, but he was in to see me right on time. Excellent doctor!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Parks & his staff for over fifteen years. I know he cares about me & I always have received excellent care. There’s a blood lab & a pharmacy conveniently located inside his building. Also a gated parking lot in back.

chose dr parks cuz we were friends and he just opened his practice, things have gone down hill in the last 10 years big time..too much to type

DR. PARKS IS WELL-WORTH THE WAIT TIME. HIS PROFESSIONALISM, BY-THE-BOOK PRACTICE IS ONLY EXCEEDED BY HIS COMPASSION AND INTELLIGENCE.
