Dr. David Craig Pearson, MD

I visited Dr. Pearson to have a consultation regarding my daughter's prominent ears. I felt so comfortable with the moment I walked in with the friendly staff and quick service. I had several consultations before Dr. Pearson and this was the first time I felt like a real person instead of just discussing a procedure. I hadn't shared the surgery idea with my daughter yet (She was 6; I didn't want her to feel self conscious because I wasn't sure it was something that bothered her yet.) Dr. Pearson wasn't like " yep, we can do it ; get it scheduled", etc. like other doctors I had spoken with. He took the time to ask what SHE thought and how she felt about it. I let her know that I hadn't even spoke with her about it. He encouraged me to talk with her and see if it was something she even wanted to do. He didn't even suggest scheduling anything surgery wise; he truly wanted to know what his patient though even though she was a child. This gave me such peace because I was hesitant because I… never wanted her to think she needed fixing; she's amazing with or without the surgery. I just never wanted her to be teased relentlessly. I didn't realize the long term cautiousness that she would have to have with her ears. He explained how important it was that my daughter was on board with the surgery so she would know what she'd need to do to keep her ears safe if we had the surgery to correct them. This led to a heartfelt conversation with my daughter (he even gave me prompts that would help open the conversation). She disclosed some things that had happened in class that I wasn't aware of where she realized when a boy was being teased for HIS "elf ears" - her words - she didn't join in the teasing because she realized that she had them too. When I told her there was a way to have it corrected and asked if she'd like that, she lit up like a Christmas tree. Dr. Pearson had told me that sometimes kids don't even realize there is an option to correct things. From there we got the surgery scheduled and all went beautifully. I watched my daughter's confidence soar afterwards. He explained every detail thoroughly and I can't thank him enough for his bedside manner and approachability. He has impacted her entire life. Thank you, Dr. Pearson and staff - you guys are amazing!

Dr. Pearson is a great doctor! He explains everything down to the smallest detail, made me feel comfortable about my upcoming procedure and answered all of my questions/concerns no matter how silly they may have seemed without any judgement. I went into surgery not nervous at all and felt I was in good hands and I was right!! My surgery went smoothly as did the healing process. If you need a doctor for your ear, nose or throat, look no further.

Dr. Pearson is an incredible surgeon! I had a rhinoplasty and the entire process from the initial consultation to the post-op visits was so smooth and stress free! Dr. Pearson did an absolutely wonderful job!! I only wish I met him sooner. I actually lived in Tampa when I was looking for a surgeon and I drove to Fleming Island because I was so impressed with Dr. Pearson’s professionalism, bedside manner, and the vision he had for my rhinoplasty. I HIGHLY recommend going to Dr. Pearson. His attention to detail and vision for natural perfection is unparalleled. His staff was also very sweet, personable, and accommodating!

If there is a word to describe my visit is human! Dr. Pearson is a great doctor. He explains everything down to the smallest detail. While he is incredibly knowledgeable about his trade, he is incredible easy to talk to. It is as if you are talking to an old friend. He has the ability to connect with you like a very few doctors have. If you need a doctor for your ear, nose or throat, look no further. This guy is a champ! Thanks, Doc. You rock, John. ??

Dr. Pearson is an excellent surgeon. He is very professional and a great communicator. He explains procedures clearly and answers all questions honestly. I’m very pleased with the results of my procedures and I was well-satisfied with the costs. He is also very prompt in meeting his patient’s schedules.

Dr. Pearson was excellent! Took time to listen and to figure out what was wrong with my nose. Very happy to have found him! His staff is super nice and efficient too.

Simply excellent!!! No need to keep looking for another doctor!!! He did my blepharoplasty (eyelid lifting) and I love the results!!! He also did my son’s adenoids and septum almost painless, no bruises... great job!!!

Dr. Pearson is, first off, kind and personable. He takes the time with each appointment and his genuine interest in the patient can be felt. His impressive background and experience with faces are reason enough to trust him with a major change; however, it was knowing that he could see the problem as I saw it, and that he wanted to correct and perfect it as I did, that gave me the courage I needed to take the leap and schedule my surgery. I only wish I’d done it sooner. He’s a surgeon but also an artist and a perfectionist (which is a wonderful thing for the patient in this case). I can’t say enough good things about him. I am just beginning the healing process of a revision rhinoplasty with Dr. P and while I still have up to 8 more months of swelling, I already love my result!

After having a rhinoplasty performed by another surgeon twice before , I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Pearson. With ONE procedure He was able to correct the damage done by the previous surgeon and finally gave me the look and confidence I had been searching for. He is highly skilled and very professional. Highly recommended!

Great experience with rhinoplasty. Professional, quick, and could accommodate my Type 1 Diabetes. Awesome work.
