This doctor totally relies on his assistants and does not spend time with his patients. During my 2 visits he probably spend about 10 minutes with me. This doctor over books and his practice is nothing but an assembly line.

Dr. Pegouske is an excellent doctor with a very good supporting team to assist him.

First I h to pay my co payment before anything happened, then the nurse did all the work, not the doctor. When he came in, he was very rude and condescending. "I wouldn't want that on my face, ha ha ha". He was trying to high five and fist bump me about it. He never even looked at my skin, he relied on the nurses diagnosis. I would NOT recommend this place to my enemy let alone a friend.

This practice has changed! The doctors are both nice, gentle and knowledgeable. But this is the only positive thing I can say about this doctor's office. The office staff is rude and unprofessional. When you arrive they announce your balance out loud so anyone can hear. Both of my children have been made to feel embarrassed and inferior upon checking out. Not just once but every time they visit! Our insurance requires a bill. Once the bill is received the payment is made for the full amount quickly. This, is not quick enough for them. They insist my children pay the balance each time they visit. When they say to send the bill to me, they say you will not be seen if it's not paid. It is always paid! Next, the wait time - each visit we can expect to wait between 30 - 60 minutes. Then the actual Dr. visit is less than 10 minutes. Finally the errors! Twice we have had issues with prescriptions. First the wrong birthdate was entered (this took several phone calls and a visit to the… office to correct) and also a problem with them saying they sent a scrip in to the pharmacy, but really they did not. It's time to switch dermatologists!!

I have been seeing Dr. Pegouske on and off for approximately fifteen years for acne. During the past three years, I have been seeing Dr. Pegouske monthly. Dr. Pegouske has a great office set up. The waiting area is bright and inviting, and has pleasant music playing that almost gives the area a spa-like effect. Not what you expect from a doctor's office. Even though Dr. Pegouske spends probably the same amount of time with patients as any other doctor, I feel like the quality of the interaction is much better. From what I can tell, Dr. Pegouske's nurses are assigned to a particular exam room, which means that the nurses will spend as much time talking to you as you need, and you're not stuck alone in an exam room while you wait for the doctor to be available. His nurses are friendly and knowledgeable. I always leave Dr. Pegouske's office satisfied that my concerns have been addressed. Dr. Pegouske also offers flexible appointment times, including Saturday appointments. I… have recommended Dr. Pegouske to several friends and family members.
