Dr. David Alexander Pepper, MD

This man has engaged in extensive healthcare fraud and a multitude of violations of state and federal criminal, civil, administrative and constitutional law. Rendering fake diagnoses that have no basis in real science whatsoever, recklessly prescribing life destroying drugs, and engaging in acts the UN calls 'crimes against humanity' (UN Report on Torture, Mendez 2013). This man is a danger to society, a threat to citizens in the State of Connecticut and as supported by concrete evidence, a threat to National Security itself. He should be imprisoned for life without the possibility of parole for the likely thousands of human lives that he has permanently destroyed.

After reading the online reviews, I realized that most of these are from the same person. Dr Pepper has integrity and is very caring!

This physician, David Pepper of Hartford, Connecticut is practicing fraudulent and illegal medicine. He is generating fraudulent, life destroying diagnoses based on hearsay and the fraudulent lies of social workers, proliferating fake diagnoses and the negligent distribution of drugs, and permanantly ruining lives.

This supposed doctor is a recklessly negligent, law breaking, criminal, falsely certifying to personal examinations of patients, denying them of their human and civil liberties, gaslighting and rendering fake diagnoses upon the best and brightest in the State of Connecticut, and committing nothing less than physical and and torture upon human beings. This so called doctor is getting away with rendering the medical equivalent of felony records on healthy, successful people, denying them of their lawful rights, providing no informed consent, and destroying their lives. He should be charged with cruelty to persons and attempted manslaughter.

This man should not be practicing medicine. He believes in violating, robbing and raping people of their civil rights and dignity against their will. He has destroyed good peoples lives and violated the code of conduct of his profession. I would stay away from this man, it could happen to you.
