He really listens to you and your concerns and then explains everything. He was there right before surgery, during surgery (of course) and then came to my room after surgery. He also visited the next day.

Dr. Perches was very courteous and answered all my questions to set me at ease prior to the surgery. I appreciated him visiting me to tell me everything went as planned and he wished me a speedy recovery. Very nice.

Doesn't send you a bill just sends past due notice several months later. When I called they at least acknowledged they didn't send me a bill and so far have refused to send a bill showing the amount charged and or what my insurance paid.
