Dr. David M Petrucco

Dr. David Petrucco fixed a crown that I had been experiencing problems with. It has now been three years and I have had no issues. I had been to three other dentists to evaluate the tooth and they were unable to correct the problem. I am so grateful to Dr. David. I received expert dental care from him for several years and now see his daughter Dr. Victoria Petrucco, who is also wonderful.

I've always loved going to my dentist, Dr. Petrucco. This is a true family practice that really cares about their patients. I know because my whole family has been going to see Dr. Petrucco for generations. The office is new and modern. My son loves watching cartoons on the flat screen tv while having his teeth cleaned. We have so much fun and can't say enough good things about this practice.

I have NEVER been treated so shabbily by a health care professional. I agreed to an elective gum procedure only because Petrucco assured me that it was covered by my insurance. Office procedure is that they submit a request for coverage to the insurance, but he did not do it this time because it "wasn't that expensive." Turns out that we'd reached our max, and if Petrucco had only bothered to fill out a form, he would've learned that waiting another month to do the other half of the procedure would've covered the remaining $1800 that I now have to pay him myself. But not only did he not care at all about that, but he also refused to lower his bill even by $1 because he "did not break any laws." I told him that I would keep coming back if he'd acknowledge that his inaccurate assurance that it would be covered lead to this charge, and give me a break on the bill, but he refused. Completely missing the point, the receptionist gave me a pamphlet for a service that charges 20% interest to… help you pay your medical bills on time. I sincerely hope that you will not make the same mistake I did. Steer clear of these people.
