Dr. David Michael Pino, MD

I saw him for an asthma attack, and without looking at my chart or history was trying to treat me with a medication I had already done myself at home. When I told him again I had already done that at home, he told me he didn't appreciate people like me who tell him how to do his job and I am annoying. The front office staff was mortified, gave me back my copay, and gave me the name of another urgent care to go with Doctors that actually care. AVOID HIM AT OSO FAMILY URGENT CARE AT ALL COSTS.

He showed anger and aggression. Not the way a doc should be at all. No bedside manner what so ever.

TIME TO RETIRE .. NEEDS TEMPER HELP. NEEDS QUALIFIED NURSE TO HELP IN OFFICE. NEEDS TO RETIRE

***I don't know HOW this Doctor has 4 out of 5 stars when you read the reviews?*** I would not trust this Doctor to treat me. No follow up from him or his staff. Makes a prognosis without the proper medical exam or blood tests. Spends too much time talking about nothing and cannot hear what you are saying. His assistant constantly has to remind him what he is supposed to be doing during his patient's visit. NO Follow -UP on what you ask of this Dr. Office to do. No Follow-up Call to let you know how your blood work came back. NOTHING!!! Until it is too late...

NEEDS BETTER STAFF. NEEDS TO UP DATE TIME WITH YOU. NOT GOOD AT FOLLOW UP. NOT GOOD AT REFERING YOU TO ANOTHER DR. FOR DIAGNOSIS. HAVE TO REMIND HIM ABOUT BLOOODTESTSTING. HE COULD BE GOOD IF HE COULD GET THINGS TOGETHER.

Dr. David Pino has been treating my Type 2 diabetes for the past 10 years. I am extremely fortunate to have been under his professional care and advice. Dr. Pino is a good listener and cares a lot about his patients. My father ( a doctor himslf), was Dr. Pino's patient for 11 years and was very pleased with the care he received from dr. Pino. I also know of people who were cared for by dr. Pino and Dr. Pino for free due to their financial conditions. Dr. Pino is very knowledgable man and a great human being. Thank you Dr. Pino

I went to Dr. Pino for many years only when I really just needed antibiotics for regular sicknesses. However, he would spent only a few minutes with me and all he would do is give medication after medication after medication..I never left his place without three or four prescriptions...then he never explained why he was prescribing certain things..then I would notice weight gain and realize it was from the meds..I once saw him for five minutes and he looked at me and said I looked depressed so he gave me depression medication..the reality is that he never asked me what was going on in my life...my business was doing $10 million in revenue..I was highly stressed out and yet he acted like he was god and that his time was much more valuable than mine...he was completely clueless about anything else except his time...he does not take the time to listen to patients but just writes prescriptions....horrible horrible so called doctor...STAY AWAY!

I have seen Dr Pino for many years. Sometimes the wait is a bit long but I feel it's because he spends actual time with his patients. He is always very through when getting information about your health. He carefully asks a multitude of questions and is not prescription happy. He actually wants to make you better! He encourages good health & diet too! He is also very good at explaining his diagnosis, the reasons for it and what the protocol is and why. I never leave with questions!

He has a new office staff, As a nine year patient, I se this as a great improvement. He is a very good doctor, now better.

Doesn't follow through well and is often inaccurate in his record keeping and even medication dosage. He failed to tell me about nodules found on my lungs in a 2008 CT scan and did not follow up in any way. He also gave me a much higher dose of a drug than he did previously, landing me in the ER after he didn't recognize the problem when I came into his office. He and his staff are incompetent.
