I was told that I did not have to pay any bills until the end of the series of my procedures. I spoke to the financial department more than a few times to confirm this throughout the year. In fact, I tried to set up payment plans, and I was told to wait. I was told this many times. After the end of my last procedure, I attempted to set up a payment plan, and was informed that I had been sent to collections (Alpine Credit). Now I have to pay a lot more money because someone can't do their job. I wanted to express to you how upset and discouraged I am in finding such companies out there that do this to their trusting customers. There is someone who is responsible for this, and they spoke incorrect information. I hope that misinformation is not still being conveyed to the public. Nobody had a good attitude anyways. Lesson learned for me.
