Dr. Pratt and his staff are top-notch just like my boobs are now! He delivered exactly what I was looking for and more. I'm an RN and I was given excellent service and medical care.

I have seen Dr Pratt for years he is amazing! That is the one word that I put a lot of thought into to describe him and his talent with what he does and can do for you. He is a perfectionist so if you see him don't expect anything less. I would have my own family see him before anyone else!

I had a great experience with Dr Pratt. The clinic is nice, all of the staff is friendly, and Dr Pratt himself, if very skilled and knowledgeable. I wanted to get surgery on my inner thighs for years. I used to be very heavy, lost weight, and ended up with some unsightly loose skin and saggy fat on my inner thighs. I had a consultation with Dr Pratt, and it turns out that the procedure I needed was a medial thigh lift with contouring (aka some lipo). It's been a year since my surgery, and I can reflect on the pre-op, operation, and post-op experience now. The clinic is small--the 'main' staff are Dr Pratt and his two medical assistants, Sarah and Shannon. Both of those gals have been working there for a long time, and are still there---they're both very knowledgeable, personable and really care about my happiness..and just me as a person! Since much of ones interfacing is with the doctor's support staff, it's important that they're awesome, and they really are. I felt I was… able to ask Dr P any questions I had, and he had very realistic expectations for me. He was honest about all the positives and negatives of a difficult, serious surgery like a medial thigh lift (I guess it's one of the harder surgeries to perform). Also, I decided to throw some tummy lipo in there, and he was honest about how much fat he could take without making my skin saggy (I have poor skin elasticity, sadly, even though I was 28 when I got the surgery). Like, he didn't give me some 'pie in the sky' idealistic possibility of what I could look like. He's very realistic and honest, and his advice reflects that he's very experienced. He was always professional and through, and made me feel confident in his decisions/suggestions. The surgery was pretty rough, and I felt as comfortable as one can afterwards. He also contacted me personally a couple times after the surgery to be sure my immediate recovery was going well, and sent me flowers after which is a nice gesture. I've had several follow up appointments since the surgery, and just had my one year follow-up and and extremely happy with my results. I feel like he did a good job with the surgery, and also gave honest feedback about the result. Further, I feel like a long-term patient and that he and his staff truly care about the results and my personal satisfaction. Dr Pratt and his staff are great and I highly recommend his clinic!

First I'd like to start off by saying that many hours of research and consideration were taken, before I made up my mind about having plastic surgery. After realizing that no amount of exercise would fix my problem, my husband and I researched several doctors in our area. We were very impressed with Dr Pratt and his responses to several questions on the internet blogs and websites involving breast augmentation. His responses were clear and put our mind at ease about several concerns. Dr Pratt's success with no capsular contracture was also impressive and reassuring. After our initial consultation and the time that both Dr Pratt and his assistant took with us, we were sure that he was the doctor to choose. Throughout the whole process, I felt very well taken care of and all my concerns were answered. Dr Pratt is very precise and safety conscious and his approach to the surgery reflects his goal to have as little complications as possible. Surgery is his forte and never did I… worry that it would not be what I wanted, even after a few last minute changes. He has a very good professional opinion based on years of experience on what would look best on each particular person. Shannon, his assistant, is a gem at making you feel at ease and taken care of. She had to answer a lot of questions, as I tend to over think everything. She was always patient and kind. So, in a nutshell, you would wise to choose Dr Pratt and his team. Top notch.

Have been visiting doctor an avg 1x every year for past 4 years, wishing to reconsult briefly to make sure good rapport and same understanding, but subsequent visits I have met long wait times in lobby and impatience. So, thinking I was not generating money for him, decided to use botox (which I usually get elsewhere) to establish the relationship I need with doctor before taking plunge, but was quoted $450 per area regardless of how much botox I actually needed, which in my case is only 20 units. Disappointed, because I thought he was going to be my go to guy for facelift. Now looking at other very top surgeons in area, but have to start over.
