Dr. David Anthony Provenzano, MD

Dr Provenzano and his staff recently cancelled a procedure on me because I wasn't sure of my insurance, said I had to pay everything up front, and have a card on file from this point forward. I have literally been a patient there for 14 years. he nor his staff could care. As it turns out my insurance was fine and still active and will be for a long time to come, they then said because I acted upset the felt it was best to no longer treat me. I would love to see their reaction if someone would do this to them. I am pretty sure they violated my patient rights, but honestly, I would never trust them anyway after showing such little compassion. His office manager could learn a thing or two about etiquette, but then again if her leader is letting her treat patients this way that probably tells you all you need to know.

My initial visit and follow up were very professional and prompt. The day I had an epidural administered The entire staff was fantastic! The pain in my back is gone now...Thank you Dr Provenzano

AFTER SEEING MANY OTHER PHYSICIA DR PROVENZANO WAS ABLE TO FIND THE PROBLEM AND AFTER YEARS OF DAILY PAIN, HE WAS ABLE TO HELP ME. HE IS VERY KIND AND COMPASSIONATE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM, ALONG WITH HIS STAFF THAT WERE ALSO VERY CARING, TO ANYONE.

My son and I visited Dr. Provenzano's office and were exceptionally pleased. The staff was pleasant, helpful and professional. And Dr. Provenzano made us feel as if we were his only patient. He explored every avenue of treatment for my son, explaining when/how each one would be helpful or not. He listened and asked questions that demonstrated that he was truly engaged in the encounter. Together we formed a plan for my son that is tailored to his needs. Additionally, when I mentioned that we had had a bit of an issue getting the appointment, he immediately addressed it with staff and even brought his practice manager in to explore what had happened. He thanked me for bringing up this issue and said that it helped to improve the process. Would recommend the office to anyone!

I would recommend Dr Provenzano to anyone who is in pain. He is very thorough and he looks at the whole person. He is very careful and his attention to detail is very reassuring.

If it was possible to have greater respect for a caregiver of any designation Dr. Provenzano would have to be listed high on my list. Whenever have have visited a medical office where research results are framed and on the wall? He has indeed intervened in my pain! PAUL Wierman

I am so happy I went to see Dr. Provenzano for the arthritis pain in my neck. I really thought I would just have to live with the pain for the rest of my life but Dr. Provenzano proved me wrong. I now have greater range of motion in my neck and very little pain. This was one of the best decisions I made to seek treatment at the Pain Diagnostic & Interventional Care office. Dr. Provenzano and all of his staff are very professional and caring. I can now resume doing the things I like to do that used to cause me pain. I would highly recommend the Pain Diagnostic & Interventional Care office and particularly Dr. Provenzano.

Dr. P and the staff are top notch. They listen to your needs and produce awesome results. I would highly recommend a visit to see what they can do for you.

I have a difficult condition to treat but Dr Provenzano has not given up on trying to help me find relief. He has been kind and very empathetic since day 1. I would recommend him to everyone!
