I've been with Dr. Puder since he started his practice. He is on the "cutting edge" of psychiatry, its methods and meds. He also is very interested in the whole person - nutrition, vitamins, exercise. He is empathetic and always remembers you even if you only see him several times. I would highly recommend him. He has helped me immensely!

As a healthcare professional that has worked along side many mental health professionals, Dr Puder is a pleasure to work with. He is very empathetic towards his patients and they love him for it. His approach to mental health is multifaceted and he encourages patients to optimize mental health through diet, sleep, exercise, spirituality in addition to medication management.

What a relief...a doctor who is faith and researched based that really gets what it is to truly connect with patients and help them in their journeys with compassion, professionalism and wisdom (and always humble and eager to learn and grow)!
