Dr. David Aaron Rand, DO

Dr. David Rand is an internal medicine physician with 16 years of experience treating a wide range of adult health conditions. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathy degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he received comprehensive training in both traditional medical practices and osteopathic manipulative treatment approaches that focus on the whole person.

Dr. Rand practices at University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington and Central Vermont Medical Center in Berlin, Vermont. His clinical expertise includes managing complex conditions such as fluid accumulation in the abdomen and severe nausea or vomiting. He performs specialized procedures including paracentesis to drain excess abdominal fluid and thoracentesis to remove fluid from around the lungs.
