My first visit to Dr Randalls office was rather pleasant. However, he referred me to another Drs office to have some lab work done. Dr Randall and his staff expressed that their office does not have the best reputation when it comes to calling pts back about their lab results and that if I didn't hear back that I should call the office. When I called the office for my test results it was very difficult to obtain my results. Apparently Dr Randall is too busy to initial his pts results so that his staff can call his pts back with their results. I've called his office several times in the past two days and still don't have my results. Waiting on test results is stressful enough....you would think that this Dr would respect his pts enough to notify them with test in a more TIMELY manner.
