Dr. David Charles Randolph

I saw this doctor as a request from my former employer. I requested a copy of his report to which I found shocking, the falsified information, including diagnosis that were not ever diagnosed and in fact were ruled out by genetic testing. Falsified documentation of "my " answers to questions. Errors of omission therefore misleading to the attorney and my doctors. Errors of commission, direct falsification of exam. Fraud, obviously being in the pocket of my former employer St Leonard's assisted living in centerville, Ohio

This was my first encounter with this Dr. And it was one of no complaint he took his time and listen to my needs about my injury.

He acts as if he is on your side when in reality he is totally against you. I would never send someone to this Doctor if there life depended on it.

How this man can live with himself and his bought diagnosis is beyond me,obviously he kept his fingers crossed during the Hipocratic Oath because he cares more about the corporate cheats who pay him than the well being of an injured worker.

In the opening remarks of Dr. Randolph's Workers Comp evaluation he stresses the allowed and disallowed medical conditions for my claim.My disallowed conditions are being covered by Blue Cross/Blue Shield.His dwelling of disallowed conditions of my claim are full of fabrications and untruths. Be cautious if you have an evaluation with doctor,he is an expert at twisting your comments into bizarre conclusions! "Voices from an unknown source" prompted me to truthfully rate this doctor.
