I was appalled at the arrogance and lack of professionalism displayed by Dr. Redfield. He rounds early(5-6am) on his patients in the hospital so that he doesn't have to communicate with family members of the patient. When he was visualized in the hospital he was politely asked if he would speak to the family member of a very ill patient and he threw up his hands and said " I don't have time for that ". It is this arrogance that gives credible and kind physicians a bad name. His unwillingness to speak to family members is bad enough but misdiagnosing a patient and not owning up to it to the patient or family is what is truly scary.
