Stay far away from this urologist. 5 months after my vasectomy, still have daily pain (throbbing, tenderness). Still unable to wear boxers. Running uncomfortable. To compound this, the office used bait-and-switch tactics on billing. Before op, quoted $575 AFTER contact with insurance company (no coverage, due to deductible). After the operation, which had zero complications, they billed me at $741. 29% higher! That was with me declining narcotics. Complained to billing. Nothing. Avoid.

Was able to get an appointment within a week always. While sometimes behind schedule always gives me his full attention.

Dr. Reed always takes his time. While sometimes I have to wait awhile, appointments are available within two weeks and while he is in the room with me he never rushes the appt and takes as long as we need. His staff is welcoming and kind. He seems to really know his field and my two surgeries with him have gone perfectly .

Dr.Reed makes sure we undersand everything that is going on.love his little drawings.Gives us hope when Im scared out of my mind...great bedside manner..couldnt be any kinder..:0)

Most doctors I have seen haven't really explained things to me . Dr. Reed took the time and effort to explain everything and even drew pictures. His office staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Sometimes I have to wait to be seen after arrival but never have had to schedule an appointment more than two weeks out, even though the office is very busy. When he was out of town one of his partners saw me and was very attentive also and treated me like I was his patient as well. Nice also to have free ample parking and no hassles finding the office. I know he also has a second office in Renton now but I have not been there.
