Dr. David Thomas Reichel, MD

I am very fortunate to have Dr. David Reichel as my Primary Care Physician. He is a thorough diagnostician, good listener, and very helpful in solving my medical issues either through medication or general advice regarding life style changes. He also has referred me to excellent specialists when needed.

Very perceptive, excellent listener. Excellent staff and prompt response to questions.

After recently moving to the area I had my first physical with Dr Reichel. I was impresses with his interest, kindness and thoroughness. HE asked me to tell him everything I could that would allow him to be the very best Dr for me. He was willing to spend time and to teach when there was something I did not understand.

Always goes the extra mile and does refer you to another Specialist if you are having problems and it is usually his Dr he uses for himself or his family. He will always send you for a MRI which I needed for a torn rotator cuff and also for a X-ray which I just needed for pain in my Ribs.5minutes

Dr. Reichel failed to include prostate check in blood work after early cancer was found. Would always say blood work was fine, leaving patient to believe all was well. Finally discovered he had left this off of blood work form for checking when going to their lab for work up and he never bothered to let patient know....Just always saying blood work looked good. Then, when trying to transfer to another doctor whom one would hope would be more reliable found out this group of doctors will not allow transfer to another doc in their group. THIS ORGANIZATION IS JUST A BUSINESS FOR MONEY WITHOUT CARE FOR PATIENT!

All about the money and over patient care

I would never go back as I was his patient for over 6 years. Once I was correctly diagnosed and treated by another doctor I realize how important a great doctor is.

I'm a 44 year old male and have been with Doctor Reichel since '05. He listens, allows me to ask questions and always makes me feel at ease. Dr. Reichel got me through 3 ruptured disc surgeries and then a spinal fusion. I trust him and his nurse Sidney is extremely professional and kind. Great Doctor.

Dr. Reichel listens and records everything. He spends plenty of time with the patient but does nothing with the information. Everything was discounted as not a problem. He repeatedly made condescending comments when I questioned him. After 2 yrs getting worse I went somewhere else to be diagnosed with a serious disease. His final dx was a cold virus, take throat lozenges for the pain that left me unable to swallow. I had a large ulcer in the esophagus by then. He did the same to a friends dad who was repeatedly told he only had a sty in his eye that turned out to be cancer. I could go on with examples. This guy is great if you have nothing wrong, could be deadly if you do.
