Was informative about my fractures..was personable and showed concern for my injury...scheduled for surgery....

Dr. was very personable and made me feel comfortable. He listened to me intently and asked questions. He answered all my questions in an understanding way. I now have confidence in him and his abilities as a orthopedic specialist.

Unreturned phone calls regarding pain. Sent for MRI, never heard nothing back. No follow up. So I am right where I was before seeing him.

2 nd successful surgery by Dr Richardson... shoulder tendon/ rotator cuff.... 2 nd on knee... he's my hero!!

I was pleased with the visit however I would have liked for him to have shown me my X-rays and gone over them with me in the exam room. He was very pleasant and attentive and answered all my questions. He did not introduce himself but having seen his picture I knew who he was..

Dr Richardson was very thorough and informed me of my condition.

Dr Richardson was informative and friendly. Appt was on time and immediately following Xrays he came in to share the results. Would not hesitate to see Dr. Richardson again.

Great bedside manner, my mom fell and broke her hip on Christmas eve, he came in and seen her on Christmas, did the surgery the next day. Two follow up appointments, listens to what she has to say, suggests what needs to happen but also listens to patient. Excellent Doctor

Like seeing him due to the fact that he listens and cares. He ensures to provide knowledge and explain what he is thinking and why he thinks it is best to proceed with his recommendation.

I felt genuine concern from Dr Richardson as he listened to me describe my leg injury. He asked questions, he was thorough in his examination, and he gave me a diagnosis which made sense to me. He answered every question I had. He recommended treatment I could do on my own and asked me to let him know how it's going. He's a good doctor!
