Dr. Richardson became sole owner of Lafayette Dental Group in 2006. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1989 from the University of West Virginia. His residency was completed at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in West Virginia where he received additional training by specialists from Georgetown University, a major international research university widely recognized for their achievement in academic excellence.
Dr. Richardson believes that educating his patient is one of the most crucial elements in treatment, by raising the dental IQ of his patients and staff. He is an avid believer in using the highest technology available.
Dr. Richardson continues to advance his knowledge through continuing education course topics such as cosmetic dentistry, implants, and TMJ. He is an active member with the River Valley Study Club, a study venue in alignment with the prestigious Seattle Study Club.
Dr. Richardson lives in Old Lyme with his wife …and four children. He enjoys spending time with his family, tennis, skiing, and kayaking. He is also accomplished in stonework and art.
