Jaded, judgmental, does not care about the patient, wants least amount of knowledge and minimum related to doing his job. I have anazing energetic abilities and connections to the universe and have learned that I can change the the energy going a direction. Mostly I want to help people, but I can also will karma to catch up with people deserving the bad they dish out!

I think that doctor Rickman is very on thorough I think that hes a pervert because of the way he makes comments about his nurses I think that hes very quick to judge people and I think that he screwed up and didn't order the test he needed to order I'm so that he could properly diagnose my wife and I feel that hes to cause the cause of her dealing with a burst in appendix when she went in with all of the symptoms that pointed straight to in appendix for me as a fence builder ranch hand knowing nothing I looked up or symptoms online and everything pointed to appendix I took her to the hospital the following morning and he said urinary tract infection her white blood cell count was he super high the capper overnight for observation still never ordered any kind of CT scan or X-ray whatsoever in order to see she continually complained of stomach hurting the chills the heat flashes the inability to poop and needless to say that was a Friday come Monday her whence we were sent back home her… appendix burst causing much poison to spread throughout her body and now we're working on our 6th day of being at the hospital after surgery and I still don't think everything's right think the whole hospital is a problem that the whole hospital needs to be looked at reviewed I think right off the batt doctor Rittman needs to have his doctor status taken away from him until further reviewed and he means to not let this happen to any other patients the hospital for their sake should let him go

My mom came in on a Thursday for severe lower right abdominal pain, fever, constipation and bloating. They said she had a UTI and was constipated kept her overnight because her white blood cell count was through the roof and sent her home the next day. Over the weekend she just got worse. By Monday she was screaming in pain and looked pregnant (shes fixed and can not have children) so bad she couldnt walk. Turns out she had a ruptured appendix, had developed sepsis, had 5 puss pockets throughout her bowel, and it was completely kinked from all the puss she wasnt constipated her guts were so swollen they were kinked. So because this guy couldnt do a scan her first visit, even when we said are you sure it isnt appendicitis it runs in our family, she almost died the surgeon said it was the worst case of appendicitis he had ever seen because they let it get so bad. Also told my stepdad he had cellulitis from a tattoo on his arm, well turned out is was actually staph and he ended up with… MRSA. Dr did not culture his arm. This guy should NOT be allowed to practice medical care at all he is too lazy to do simple testing that could save lives.

I have received intense lifesaving care from both the Portland VA and Seattle VA. Seattle and Portland have truly set the standard for what Veteran healthcare should be. I currently reside in Roseburg Oregon. I recently obtained healthcare at the Roseburg VA. I am in dismay at the lack of professionalism and Physician knowledge of David Rickman. After having been treated by several physicians at the Portland and Seattle VA, I have reputable experience to compare David Rickman against his peers and colleagues. Mr. Rickman is by far the worst Physician I have ever been treated by. The other nighttime healthcare employees provide the same level of substandard care and treatment towards the patients the treat. The Roseburg VA is the most terrible healthcare provider within the Pacific Northwest. I am greatful and absolutely fortunate to have the most professional and proficient Doctors who treat me at the Portland and Seattle VA.

This guy has zero compassion. Won’t even touch you and skims through everything to get you out of the ER. Worst ER doctor I’ve come across. I will suffer and avoid the ER if I learn that he’s working.
