I have gone to this Dr. for about 7 years. I never thought he had a very good bedside manner, but over looked it due to convenience of appointments and location. I called into their office today three times to get a renewal on an antibiotic that the Dr told me to call if I needed it again. I called at 9 am, and it was never filled, and I called back twice and very politely told themI really needed it today, as I felt very dizzy and sick from my sinus infection. They seem WAY too busy to handle my needs. I will now be searching for a Dr. that will call me back and try to assist me when I am ill. I had the feeling whenever I went that they were too busy for me, as Dr. Riley never tried to figure out my condition, just rushed me through. He gave me a wrong diagnosis that is now in my records forever.
