I had two surgeries with this doctor. He is highly skilled, his office staff is a disaster, the hospital is dirty and mismanaged. His practice is very busy and you feel like you are on a production line.

Very arrogant doctor who prefers to jump to the diagnosis and judge right off the start. He talked about me in front of his intern as though I wasn't there.

Dr. Ritterband displayed poor bedside manner the moment he came into the exam room. I could not finish two sentences without him interrupting. That was not the worst part. He was making some very biased, snide comments about me to his intern while I was still in the room. I am a doctor myself and never treat pts this way. Poor listener, too quick to jump to conclusion.
