EXCELLENT PHYSICIAN. WONDERFUL PATIENT DR. RELATIONSHIP. TAKES TIME TO REALLY LISTEN AND UNDERSTAND PT. CONCERNS. BEST SUCCESS OF TREATMENT I'VE HAD FROM ANY PHYSICIAN IN THE PAST 15 YEARS. I SUFFER DEBILITATING CHRONIC PAIN AND HAVE NOT HAD ANY SUCCESSFUL PAIN CONTROL TX SINCE DR. ROBEL LEFT HIS PRACTICE IN STRAUSSTOWN, PA.

I've never dealt with a less professional doctors staff in my entire 58 years of doctors visits. Nearly all of the staff there was very rude and impersonal. Dr. Robel was an ok doctor. But, it was his incompetent staff that drove me away from his practice.

I have been seeing Dr. Robel for years...last seeing him in the beginning of May...but when I called in to get my meds sent to the pharmacy at the end of the month I was told he is on a hiatus and they don't know if or when he will be back and his partner will not fill any of my meds...I have been on the same meds for years and it is dangerous to just stop them...having trouble finding a doctor that can see me soon enough...and I still have not received any form of notice that he is gone...This is an awful thing to do to people that have patients under your care...

I was a patient of dr.roble ag hid mohnton office. I was thrilled with him as a dr for about three years until j became very ill. I knew that Iwas dsick abd trusted my dr. He referred me to s specialist and really nothing was done. I was becoming sicker and sicker I was calling the office once a week, but to my amazement and dismay the office manager would not make me an appt. Rather would refer me to the er or urgent care. My outcome was I went into complete liver failure and luckily had a liver transplant. I trusted dr roble he was kind and friendly he took the time to listen and explain. Im not sure if it was his staff or ge who completely abandoned me at the time I needed my family dr most but im lucky to be alive no thanks to this family practice

Dr. Robel has always been compassionate and thorough as my family doc and has helped me through very difficult times in my life. I feel as though he is a normal human being just like I am when talking to him. He has always been very down to earth and caring. Asks lots of questions to diagnose you properly. The staff follow up when results are available and are accommodating when he is NOT available for an immediate office visit. The only problem or complaint I have is I can never get in to see him. The office hours change on a weekly basis and he has limited hours available and a long backlog of appointments already booked solid. I try to schedule an appointment and he is always booked solid. Most recently, I called for my RX refill; which I've been on for years and it sounds like the Mohnton location is closing? The message states you have till May 30th to transfer your records to the Strausstown location.? Does anyone know what's going on? I never received any info or correspondence… from them that this location is closing. I'm worried my family doc of 10+ years I won't be able to see anymore. I have long term history with my doctor. I'm concerned and hope someone may be able to shed some light. The Mohnton Lion's Club worked very hard to get him this building and now I think he's no longer going to practice in Mohnton anymore.? I don't know what's going on........ Left a message and awaiting a reply to attempt to get done details regarding his future availability and status as my family physician.

Doctor robel is the best doctor I have had,,He is very caring and always listens to your problem,,He knows his stuff...I really miss having him as my doctor, I was let go because of my insurance, now I hate my doctor, he pays no attention to your problem and he took me off some medications that I really need. I havent found a doc like this one,,because there are none like him...I miss You Doctor Robel,,Good luck in your future...You are the Best..Blessings......

office ladies need better people skills!!!

Doctor Robel is one of a kind. He is one of the few doctors out there that acutally sit down and discuss your symptoms and really get to the issue. My previous doctors office gave me the run around, and then ordered a ton of needless blood work - one visit to Dr. Robel and the issue was resolved. He truly cares about his patients and listens to your concerns and thoroughly explains your diagnosis. More doctors should be like him.
