After agreeing to do my nerve surgery at Cedars, this dr suddenly claimed Cedars was a bad place to have surgery and his office was the ONLY place he would do my surgery using his "team". His team is a random nurse, not a specific board certified anesthesiologist. Do you want someone with years of medical school or hours of training to make the decisions when you are unconscious? Because he is a money-grubber, Dr R will take away your choice, expose you to unnecessary risk and ADD $10,000 to your bill. A day in the hospital using an anesthesiologist is less than this scammer wants to charge for an hour in a cubicle with a nurse. Yes, the $10,000 was for a nurse and the in-office space. The surgical fees and meds were separate. My life is worth more than his scam charge. How about yours?
