Dr. David K Ross, MD

I have cancer and this doctor knew I was treating myself but for some reason had a problem with me wanting cancer labs done?? I did have a cancer diagnosis and then he got rude and accused me of dictating to him.... I don't dictate but I do have a choice whether I follow his direction or not. I choose what is done to me. I don't request drugs or scripts like many patients, but I have cancer and just wanted some labs so really not sure what the issue was - but I am sure if some patient was complaining about an ailment to get a prescription - he would have wrote it up for them. but request labs if you have cancer and that is apparently not a money maker for them?? He was so rude, I responded regarding the oath of First, do no harm and he had a fit. He also did not call in the prescription for the cream for my rash, oh but he did charge my insurance for wasting my time for the appt. and sent my co pay to the debt collector which I refuse to pay as he never following through with… labs or prescription for crème with rash and the nurse knew I wanted labs and told me I had to see him first and he just refused to request labs for me but they sure made the appointment just to waste my time so they could charge insurance company though didn't they. His phone staff was also very rude to me on the telephone, overall this was the worse experience I have had with a Doctor - so much for compassion and beside manner. Really I would never wish cancer on anyone, but maybe he needs to get it so in the future he will be more compassionate to those who do have it!

Both my wife and I have Dr. Ross as our primary physician. We have found his service to be both professional and competent. He is a wonderful physician.
