Dr. Rothstein was an absolutely fabulous surgeon. He moved my daughters intestines around her pancreas (which was in the wrong spot) allowing her to not have a blockage anymore. He did this arthroscopicly on my premature baby. Everyday he would drop into the NICU to see how she was doing. Outstanding surgeon. I can not thank him enough.

Dr rothstein did a pyloricstinoces surgery on my almost 3 week old he nicked the intestine we spent Christmas in the hospital because of it his response was well you didn't have to have the surgery so close to Christmas. So a week goes by the stitches pop and my boy has an incisional hernia we take him to the doctors no one cares the next day his intestines spill out his body he had to be air lifted rothstein showed up and said I'm sorry it didn't work out. Come to find out he used the wrong stitch they said but this man is cold and doesn't give two hoots I recommend any other doctor at children's David rothstein in my opinion is a horrible doctor

Dr Rothstein was amazing. He gave our son life. He explained the surgery over and over again until we understood it. He drew pictures on paper towels for us so we could comprehend the complexity of what he needed to do to help our son live. He was patient, compassionate and beautiful. I believe it is because of his skills, experience and brilliance that we have our son with us at home today. His follow-up and bedside manner are second to none. AMAZING person and doctor.

Dr Rothstein is a very caring doctor. His bedside manners are impecable. His courteous approach and gentle speech makes the patient feel at ease and cared for. He listens and understands the preoccupations of parents who are usually very anxious. He patiently explains in a non-patronising way and is very reassuring indeed.Great doctor.
