Did not enjoy being asked, "What is your race?" Out right! The question is asked in a tactless manner, in my opinion. I was taken off my guard in how it was asked? Instead of "What is your race?" How about " We are doing a survey to better help your needs, would you be please tell us your race?" I was taken by surprise and answered out of agitation, "I'm an American"!! Not realizing that's my nationality! It put me in a "Fight or Flight" mode. Some minorities have strong feelings about such questions when it's asked like that.

The doctor insisted he ordered a dye test/MRI of my head, but the MRI envelope said no contrast dye had been used, and radiology staff also said doctor had not ordered contrast dye. Dr. insisted that they must have used dye and that I probably " just didn't know it." (I would know if contrast dye was used.) We asked whether another MRI w/dye needed to be done. It took him over a month to answer (we called several times to ask), and he answered (no) only when we came to his office and asked him directly. He was terse, condescending, and unfriendly. I'd have thought more of him if he'd just admitted his mistake and been friendly.
