I had an appointment set up for Lasik evaluation and the subsequent procedure. Less than a day before the first appointment I received a call that the day of surgery had been canceled because not enough people had signed up. The appointments were made almost 2 months in advance and I had a day and a half scheduled off from work. Megan was great but this is very poor business practice on behalf of Dr. Sabir.

l have received 6 eye injections from Dr. Sabir, the last two were especially painful the last one was yesterday. l finally was able to emove the eye patch this afternoon after spending a painfull night. l am currently searching for another Dr. l have had six done in az with no side effects.

Had appt. For Lazer surgery to repair torn retina. On the date of the surgery my husband and I arrived for the surgery and his nurse could not find any record of my previous visit, which was an emergency visit three weeks before. We were told, we have no record of your appointment for surgery today. Three weeks prior my husband and I were told that the surgery was imparative because I AM BLIND IN THE OTHER EYE!!! We belive the fact that we are on Medicare may have been the cause of his behavior, though no reason was given, they all just pretended like they did not make the surgery appointment. Why then do we have the brochure explaining the surgery and prognosis which the doctor handed us at the end of our first visit when he explained what the surgery would repair and importance of it. We are now looking for a second opinion...
