Dr. David Andrew Sams, DO

Dr Sams is one of the best doctors I have ever had in my life. He listens, cares about his patients, is very professional & knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

From the moment I walked in until I made my next appointment I felt my experience was exceptional. Dr. Sams nurse Jamie is so pleasant and caring, she took her time and made me feel comfortable in a new setting as I was quite anxious. Dr. took his time and listened to my concerns attentively. He had answers to my questions and was very helpful in explaining things I didn't quite understand. you can tell that he and his nurse care a lot about their patients. It did take a little while to get an appointment with him but it was well worth the wait! If you are in need of a pulmonologist he is the way to go! I highly recommend him!

Staff needs advice/classes in customer service.

I was recently hospitalized and Dr. Sams was by far the most professional, articulate, nurturing, and educated doctor that I came in contact with. He is an exception to the rule of "hurried", curt and disgruntled members of the staff and his bedside manner is superb! In addition, he knew everything about my condition/status which was committed to memory as he did not have to use my chart to discuss my illness, concerns or care plan. He is simply outstanding!

Dr. Sams diagnosed my sleep problems and has overseen my treatment and check-ups since Summer 2008.- Getting appointments was easy- Wait time was as expected- Listened to my issues and questions and answered them- Professionalism was excellent- Either he or his nurse called to follow-up after each appointment
