Let's start at the beginning, I got a voice mail stating that they needed my insurance information before I can be seen or they will cancel my appointment. First Red Flag! I did not call them back; however, they did call me back. Next was the visit with the doctor which he never once touched my feet, I was being seen for bunions and possible toe nail fungus. He was more interested in my bunions and when I told him I wasn't going to have my foot broken to fix it, he lost interested in me - at least it seemed that way to me. The assistant took nail clippings and sent them off to the lab. I had a follow-up appointment in 4 weeks which turned into 9 weeks. When I showed up at 9 weeks for the follow up, I had to prove that my payment on my bill was mailed and not outstanding. I just needed to get the results from the lab which turned out that I do not have a toe nail fungus. Why couldn't someone tell me this over the phone as I had asked at week 4? Instead they made me come in. … Just need more money for an office visit???? Greed. I can't respect money before patient care.
