Dr. David Patrick Schleimer, DO

I went to his office for a Vivaer procedure, and I was told that it would be painless with no downtime-it was anything but- - 14 injections in my nose, severe burning that I had to ask him to stop the treatment, and no follow up from Dr. Schleimer the next day after two calls to his answering service from my husband who explained that I had severe face swelling, was in pain, and could not breathe through my nose all night. Two days later, after no call back from Dr Schleimer, I followed up with another otolaryngologist that does the Vivaer treatment - I was told I had infections and burns from the laser. I was immediately started on antibiotics, steroids and polysporin cream, and I am still being seen once a week for the problems and damage related to the procedure that Dr Schleimer performed.

I was impressed with the doctors bedside manner, professionalism and proper diagnosis. He took his time, and did a thorough evaluation. His office staff was courteous and accommodating. I would recommend this doctor to others.

This doctor is horrible. I am a diabetic with high blood pressure. He gave me and antibiotic for my ear that was a Steroid and my blood sugar went up and my blood pressure went up. I have not felt the same since. Every time I swallow my ears pop. Just to note he has a bad bedside manner also. Sorry I ever came across this doctor. Horrible experienced and does not know what would work for a diabetic with high blood pressure. Didn’t take the time to educate him self.
