He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California in 1968 and his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1975. Following graduation from medical school, Dr. Schneider completed his internship, residency training and fellowship program in ophthalmology. Current memberships include the Cincinnati Academy of Medicine, the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Ohio State Medical Association, the International Society of Refractive Keratoplasty, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons, the Society for Excellence in Eye Care (SEE).
