Amazing doctor!!!!

Humana paid doctor but not the facility where he practices. How can this be?

As far as the doctor goes terrible bedside manner spent a total of 2 min with me to tell me I need to get on treatment for hep c. The staff is rude unprofessional and foul! My experience with this office was alarming and absolutely terrible Id never suggest to anyone!

i was really scared to do a scope, dr seidle held my hand, everything went great. however his office staff i am not fond of. they dont want to give you your results over the phone, they want you to make an appointment to get your results. in another words they want you to pay to get your results. i threw a fit and they finally gave me my results over the phone for a hida scan. all they had to do was tell me my results and refer me to a surgeon, and they wanted me to come make an appointment for that! seemed pretty greedy if you want my opinion

Dr. Seidl is literally a gift from God to me. He was assigned our case in the hospital after I had been sick for nearly a year and after several trips to the E.R. and multiple clinics where they diagnosed and treated me for acid reflux he took one look at my scans and said with full confidence that I had Crohn's Disease. He and one of his office staff, Bridget were so gracious to me and my husband. We were newlyweds that did not have insurance coverage and were working to pay off our massive hospital bill. Dr. Seidl worked with us on writing letters of support for prescription scholarships, answered our questions day and night and designed a payment plan for us that worked for our budget. Since then he has been a straight talking, no nonsense doctor. My only critique is that in recent years some of the office staff that have been hired are not terribly friendly or helpful but I would put up with a whole room full of their bad attitude in order to see the Doctor.

Having major problems for almost a year with diarrhea. Primary doctor told us to find a GI doctor that would take charity from Freeman since my insurance ended at age 19 (Medicaid) I am a college student and my mother is on social security disability. We wanted to go to the office personally to tell them my special circumstances. I called to ask directions to their office and they were very rude asking if we were not locals?? Should have been a clue. We arrived at the office with no one in the waiting room, two young girls at the counter both looking down their noses at us and making faces to each other. We ask about our special payment plan and one blonde girl snidely stated that they were NOT accepting new patients regardless of insurance. I see on this doctor's profile that they are!!

As far as I am concerned, Dr. Seidl saved my husbands life! Another local doctor kept him in complete misery for a year, unbeknown to us, undermedicated to treat his UC. Dr. Seidl came in and had him fixed in less than a week! Thank you so much Dr Seidl!!!
