Very rude and unprofessional front desk. Dr Seitsinger is a nice man but I will not return after 10 years because of his counter help.

He is an amazing diagnostician. He never rushes through my appointments. He takes time to question me thoroughly and explain the diagnosis. If you don't understand or have questions you can ask as many as you need until you are satisfied.

I've been going to this doctor off and on my whole life. In the past 10 years my health has declined and he could provide no answer but instead offered a lot of meds in sample form. Most importantly I went to see him 2 weeks ago with new symptoms. He provided no answer and truly didn't examine me or address it. Instead he gave me a prescription for plaquenil a strong lupus medication he's not authorized or educated to give. The girls in the office used those exact words. He told me if it was too expensive or if I decicded not to get it to call him or just come back to the office if it was the same day. It was $700 with med assistance...i called and couldn't get through so I went back. I got there and was told he was full up and I told the office lady what he said and I said I'll wait if that's ok...she have me attitude and walked away, her name is Carla. Then after waiting 4 hours she tells me he can't see you today I dont know why you waited! Horrible treatment from this woman. During… all this I was in severe abdominal pain and very sick...I knew I had to get some help from my doctor. My symptoms were very serious and alarming. The whole time iv e ever gone to this doctor he has always helped me and given me special treatment in a way....So this lady tells at me and says "you're not gonna get special treatment from him anymore" like she was jealous. I dont think he was ever told I was there waiting. So I leave in tears because the other girls in the office yelled at me and treated me horribly. Well I end up in the hospital a week later with gallblader disease and gallbladder infection and pancreatitis. I had urgent surgery to remove my gall bladder and treat pancreatitis. Thank God I listened to my body and not that office.

Been with Doc for years, good man!Doest judge or be little, but will give you upfront honest information.Have had to wait when the office is slammed with pantience but that is probably normal at Dycus Camp or any other general DO, doctors office. If you get in ealry it is much faster.

Dr. Seitsinger is the best dr. that I have ever had. He has always treated me the same even in times when I have not had any insurance. He has always done his best to keep costs affordable.

When I first went to see Dr. S at least 6-7 years ago I had a list of problems and health concerns that filled a notebook page. He took a lot of time with me testing and prescribing and treating. When we encountered things that required specialists he recommended others who he believed would work best with me. (he was right) I have been medically fragile several times in recent years and because of his good care I bounce back and go forward. He cares, he has concern for your well being he calls at home to check on you or report test results and I have sent several people to him who have also reported to me the same good feelings about this doctor. He is a rare guy, people ahead of $$. He has treated me just as good when I had no insurance and had to rely on samples as he treats me now that I have insurance. God Bless Dr. S. I can't say enough great things about him

Dr Seitsinger always tries to understand what is going on with me. He pays attention to me and checks my chart before presribing medicines that may interfere, which I rarely see anymore!

Dr. S has been my doctor for over 4 years now. He diagnosed my problem when my regular doctor could not. H does folow up calls to ensure you are feeling better. Dr. Seitsinger is an excellant dr in my opinion.
