Dr Serlin is very thorough and treats me respectfully. Highly recommend him.

I was transferred over to Dr. Sterlin, because the Dr. I had been seeing, seemed rude and condescending when I would go in and he did not care to keep in eye on patients, but put them off, for months (would always want to see you in a year).With doctor Sterlin he does want to find the cause of the issue, there for he wants to see you more then once a year or 6 months. Yes I go through a lot of testing, but that is because he is trying to find the answers. Even with my last visit I was referred to a doctor that deals with Sleep, because it may be two different issues and he only specialize in one. I will say I am not happy with the staff. Twice I have left a message and have not gotten a call back.

Dr. Serlin has great expertise, a caring heart, and a sense of humor. I highly recommend him to others.

Dr. Serlin is a wonderful doc. I know I have received his full attention at every visit. He motivates me to take good care of myself.

I came to Dr. Serlin from another Northampton pulmonologist (Fleitman). Didn't appreciate the arrogant mannerisms of Fleitman. Dr. SERLIN is great!! He takes time to talk things over with me. He has a warm and engaging personality. And he is extremely knowledgeable. I believe I have found a real physician.

Dr. Serlin has been my doctor for one year. I see him regularly for ongoing management of two respiratory problems. Dr. Serlins medical knowledge is impressive and he shares it with me and my husband. I am taking better care of myself since changing pulmonologists last spring.
