Dr. Shafer has been my primary doc for over 25 years and he is a fine doctor, an excellent diagnostition, and a superior human being. I only hope I die before he retires as I could never find a replacement!

Let's face it, there's nothing fun about needing medical care. The poor souls in that business are dealing with sick people like you and me! A friend of a friend recommended Dr. Shafer to treat me, and I am so glad I made an appointment. Making the appointment was easy and I was scheduled for only a few days away. The pre-appointment stuff was the same ol' hassle, but the staff made it seem easier than past experiences. My great surprise was in meeting Dr. Shafer. He was warm and genuinely concerned for my wellbeing. Even though most of my health problems are a result of my lifestyle and eating choices, I never felt condemned. His explanation of treatment recommendations and the results to expect were easily understood. He expresed a sense or hope that I have seldom experienced in the medical business. I highly recommend Dr. Shafer and the staff he surrounds himself with. Bless you Doctor! I guess it may be relevant that I have now seen him three times and he… has actually recommended just calling his office to change up my meds vs. coming in for another visit. That was also refreshing.

Dr. Shafer is a very good attentive to my health needs, including interest in my Mustang convertable (1966).Meaning how am I doing outside of Medical attention......I like the very friendly DOC.I recomend Him to all.
