WAS A VERY KIND DOCTOR A LITTLE RUSHED BUT WHAT DOCTOR ISN'T

I have found Dr Shell cross to be an excellent Doctor. As in any chronic pain situation, it takes a while to get your medication regimen just right. I am so sad that he is retiring. I will miss him and hope that his replacement will equal him. I don't want to leave his office. I hope to fine a Doctor at his former facility who will continue his same great service. Dr. Shell cross enjoy your retirement.

He is a Hyper Fake Nut that Says yes yes yes when you speak friend to Insurance Co do not go there!!!

terrible visit, physician has no interest in me. Just pushing numbers.

I felt belittled by him. He was very arrogant and condescending.

He has a terrible bedside manner. Does not make you feel at ease at all. His PA Theresa Little is much better then he is.

This guy needs his license revoked. He cares more about running, pushing pain pills and getting you back out the door rather than actually listening to genuine concerns. I have seen him for more than two years because workmans comp said I had to. Dr. Shallcross does not listen to patients, he is only there for the compensation and to get you out as quickly as possible. He's all about masking the pain rather than finding the source. His staff only knows how to weigh you, ask a pain level, and hand out prescriptions. God help them if they hired true medical professionals! Dr. Shallcross is a joke to the medical field and needs to stay in the back hall with his precious kettle bells! The office is nasty and wreaks of cigarette smoke, and most patients in the waiting room appear to be strung out on meds.
