Dr. David Gordon Sharp, DO

Staff - being taken back to the room by an employee wearing jewelry that is skulls and crossbones is not professional. Jewelry is fine, but skulls even when it isn't Halloween. Doctor was more worried about his cell phone then "me" in the room. Time - always rushed. Never follows up. Husband was to have a chest xray to followup on nodules on a CT scan. The chest x-ray script said the reason for the exam was "chest pain." That wasn't it at all! Just doesn't seem to be as dedicated as he used to be. Still wants to push his concierge, but you should offer the same service at the clinic as the concierge - professional and take time to be with patient.

I am a patient at Dr. Sharp's concierge clinic- Doctors for Health (which is located at a different clinic--that doesn't look like a clinic). I can get in to see Dr. Sharp the same day or next day, but that doesn't matter. What matters is that when I call, I get the answers to my concerns/issues the same day. The staff honestly cares about ME, and will get what I need done right away.

MY MOTHER IS/WAS A PATIENT OF DR SHARP. SHE PAID AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $1500.00 TO BE ABLE TO CONTACT THIS DR AT ALL TIMES IS MY UNDERSTANDING. THIS PAST WEEKEND SHE WAS ADMITTED TO THE HOSPITAL, THE DR WAS CALLED FIRST AND WAS OUT OF THE OFFICE UNTIL TODAY, WHICH I UNDERSTAND IT IS A HOLIDAY WEEKEND. BUT MY MOTHER HAS ALZEIMERS AND SAID THAT SHE FELT THAT SHE HAD TO SIGN THE PAPER AND PAY THE MONEY OR HER DR WOULD NOT SEE HER AND SHE HAD NO OTHER DR. I CALLED TODAY TO DISCUSS THIS AND WAS PUT ON HOLD AND THEN DISCONNECTED. IF YOU HAVE A PARENT GOING TO THIS DR, BE SURE TO FIND OUT EXACTLY WHAT YOUR $1500.00 WILL DO FOR YOU. THIS IS A SHAME

I have never waited for over 15 minutes for my appointments. In most doctor offices you can wait up until an hour, which even then a person should not complain. We tend to schedule our appointments for one problem and then take in about 10 which makes the scheduling very difficult for any medical clinic. Dr. Sharp is very caring and easy to contact even after hours for emergencies. Anyone giving him less than a 4 star rating has lost their mind.

He is probably the kindest, most loving doctor that our family has ever experienced. What is our experience? The worst of all ages, all outcomes, being kindly ameliorated to the eternal outcome. This man is a giant.
