Dr. David Allan Shneider, MD

Dr Sneider did several knee surgeries on both knees about 15 years ago. He was awesome and fixed the problem rather than replacing the entire joint. I am curious if he is still practicing and if so, where?

He repaired my knee 42 years ago after a accident. Replaced my knee 2 years ago fantastic surgeon and friend.

I have found Dr Shneider caring and always has been a great knee surgeon. Would not hesitate to have surgery with Dr Shneider!

Dr. Snyder told me that it would go away in time. I think he screwed up. As i had a problem with bleeding

I had surgery at 17 ( long time ago) this man was the best !!! Every doctor in my area told me there was nothing wrong it was all in my head. Thanks to this man I can walk today almost as I could after surgery. He was the most upbeat down to earth doctor I have ever had

Dr. Schneider has performed at least 6 procedures on my shoulders and my right knee. He is well informed in the latest techniques and my latest surgery was an implant to replace my R patellar tendon that had shredded following a knee replacement. It was a long 3 months in a full leg brace on my leg. Such an amazing result! A new tendon was formed from the implant and I am walking. He connects with Mayo Clinic on a regular basis. Praise God for his expertise!

Horrible visit! I highly recommend anyone who is 5 lbs. overweight to NEVER go to this person!!! No "bed side" manner at all. Disregarded my entire MRI results; he was rude beyond any professional manner; not very willing to help me; didn't want to listen to me; didn't ask if I was in pain, complained that I was tensing up (due to me being in pain) after moving my knee around; he wouldn't answer my questions, didn't acknowledge my father in the room that came with me; dr. Schneider told me that MRI results don't mean anything; and basically told me I was extremely overweight and that was my problem. I should just loose 100 pounds and live with my problem.

Dr. Shneider is great, I've been seeing him for over ten years and 8 surgeries, some of which were required because of bad work a previous surgeon did. I would recommend him highly to anyone with knee problems. The ONLY reasons I docked points are pretty minor, and they are that wait times can be considerable at his office, and Dr. Shneider isn't THE warmest individual. I have come to know him well and I've seen him in softer moments, but you need to be aware that he can come off as a little aloof or abrasive- don't take it personally. He is a good hearted individual, works hard to fix his patients, and he really cares about making the right diagnosis and choosing the appropriate fix. Just don't expect him to crack a smile! It's pretty rare :-) He's a good guy.
