Dr. David Avrum Silver, MD

Dr. Silver performed prostatectomy on my husband 9 years ago due to an aggressive cancer. Dr. Silver did an outstanding job . His bedside manner was outstanding as well. Businesslike yet caring, generous with his time and knowledge, Dr. Silver remains my hero.

Dr. Silver was my surgeon for kidney cancer and I have never met a doctor more compassionate and knowledgeable in his field. I was NEVER rushed during appointments before and after surgery and Dr. Silver took his time to answer all my questions. His Assistant Dr. Yuri who takes over after surgery with my appointments also is excellent and never rushes me and takes his time to answer any questions I may have. I very highly recommend Dr. Silver and his associate Dr. Yuri. I was blessed to have a doctor with top skills and being so compassionate. I have nothing but good things to say about him. He is outstanding in his field and a kind person.

Very disrespectful arrogant male. He did procedure on female private part without any explanation why she need that. Female patient was going for surgery look like his friend Dr Anna serur. That female MD didn't say one word about this male or his procedure. He show up in the hospital when female patient was ready to go to operating room. What a professional male MD. Female patient had hearing problems so she had no knowledge what he was saying. She ask him only one question. Who are you ? Then he become very disrespectful. He look at female patient and he go like. You don't know who I am? I waisting my time here, whit arrogant tone in his voice. When female MD show up that female patient ask her who is he. The answer was don't worry when he finish with you you don't feel anything. On appoiitment before surgery female patient tell that female MD she don't want anyone to do anything on her private part and female MD answer was. I going to have male gynecologist on stay by in operating… roomroom .After that cemale patient agree with surgery.Female patient can't walk property for six weeks after the surgery. She try to calll female MD no answers. After 3 months she get hospital record what was done to her in O R. Then she find out what this male did while she was under full anesthesia. He did his procedure in froyof young boys and girls residents without female patient knowledge and permission. What a professional male MD right? When female patient was asking female MD questions on her check up appointment what was done to her while she was under full anesthesia that professional female walked away from examine room without any explanation. Now questions is ,is this male and female MD are insurance scan artist? Is this male MD has that kind right to do whatever he wants with female patient while she is under full anesthesia? Is female patient has no rights to know what is going to be done to her before surgery? If not then what is the different between gestapo Germany MD and this "professional modern MD "? Is this is the way how this male become ufologist working quietly on male and female private parts and now he telling them ,don't worry speed you legs I so so many and I am MD it nothing to worry about. And now he thinks he has the right to do procedure without patient authorization and knowledge? Is this is the MD ethics in this century? If you think this male is professional then go and enjoy his professionalism. If not then study natural healing and think twice if we need this professionals MD.

I was referred to Dr. Silver by my doctor. He took time & sat with me for maybe a half an hour, after my exam, and explained things I was curious about. His secretary even interrupted, but he told her to give him some time, he's with patient. My experience was fine with Dr. Silver & no long wait time.

Had a very informative , thorough , stressless examination with Dr.Siver and his PA . I was put at ease from the initial contact with his staff and appreciated our medical related conversation in layman terms .

I don't understand these reviews. It is very selfish and naive to tell the person who is suffering with kidney cancer to stay away from this dr. I am very upset that the very sight that will help the patient with kidney cancer find the right dr is riddled with this very frightful statement. I have had dr silver remove my kidney due to a tumor witch turned out to be cancer. Remember he is not god but what he does is far from simple he is an amazing dr and is blessed to posses the knowledge and skill to get the results from the procedure that will surpass. We are humans beings not robots nothing is promised. God bless

As you can imagine I was blown away to find out I had prostate cancer at the age of 39. Dr. Silver put all my concerns to rest by being totally professional, caring and understanding. He spent a good amount of time with me prior to my operation and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. I am now 4 years cancer free and I owe it all to him. He is a fantastic doctor and I highly recommend him to anyone that needs a great doctor.

I do not know who wrote this, anyway I am very pleased and I recommend to visit Dr. Silver, and everyone Who needs Urolog should go to this doctor.

Stay away from this horrible doctor!! He has no idea what he's doing! He makes mistakes on patients and pushes them off to his associate! Horrible man! Horrible doctor! If you know what's good for you stay away!!
