Dr. David Edward Silverstone, MD

I held off writing this review until several days after a visit to make sure I had processed what happened. I brought my 97 year-old mother for an eye exam. I let Dr. Silverstone know that she was hard of hearing. He proceeded to scream out his instructions in a way that was nothing short of abusive. My mother was left shaken. So much so that I stood up and asked if she was ok. The waiting room as well as the staff was witness to this outrageous behavior.

Overall Dr. Silverstone is an excellent ophthalmologist. During an exam his hands smelled like a musty private part. I only had that experience once with him but it stands out in my mind.

I called to make an appointment with dr. Silverstone. I waited on the phone for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes I was disconnected. I called back and got the answer that they were now closed.
