My daughter suffered misdiagnosed for 4 years. Dr. Skaggs our 8th doctor, and yes we traveled out of state to see him, was our miracle. Our daughter was a competitive level dancer and suffered from degenerative disc disease due to prior injury. Ultimately a fusion from L1- L4 was a life changer for our girl. She competed with limitations as early as six weeks post op. Over A year later she is a national champion and will go to college next year pursuing pediatric physical therapy inspired by Dr. Skaggs. Nothing but praises for Dr. Skaggs and his staff!

Dr. Skaggs did a posterior spinal fusion on my son, 12 levels, to correct curvature due to Scheuermann's Kyphosis. He did a beautiful job. I was not as impressed by Children's Hospital, but Dr. Skagg's expertise and quality as a surgeon cannot be beat.
