Came to Dr. Slezak after my previous dentist said I need two cavities filled (I had no insurance so no oversight). It’s years later and still no cavities. Debi cleans my teeth and she’s thorough and very pleasant. During the pandemic they were very compliant with spacing and practices. I’ve had nothing but good experiences there.

Dave Slezak is a great dentist!!! But more than that is his commitment to his patients I lost my ins. When I got new it wasn’t as good Dave knew I was struggling and waved my co-pay 380.00 I don’t know many who would do that. Also his assistant ERIN is fantastic!!! Office personnel very friendly!!! 5 stars.

They are all great. Wonderful facilities, always right on schedule with the appointments. I would highly recommend.

Had horrible experiences at past dentists. Dave and Erin are both wonderful. Visited office at least 10 times and NEVER had to wait past my scheduled appointment time.

Dr. Slezak is excellent. Once upon a time with previous dentists I worried for days if I had to have anything done beyond cleanings, but I have total faith in Dr. Slezak. I know that he wants me to have no pain, and he has the patience to take the time to be sure that I'm well anesthetized. He answers questions readily and thoroughly and tries to involve me in making informed decisions. The office and staff are great as well. All health care providers should be just like him!
