Dr. David Jerome Sly

Dr. David Sly is a family medicine physician with 36 years of experience treating patients of all ages. He earned his medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and brings more than three decades of expertise to his practice. As a Doctor of Osteopathy, Dr. Sly combines traditional medical training with osteopathic principles that emphasize treating the whole person. He provides care in English to patients throughout his extensive practice network.

Dr. Sly maintains an affiliation with Sioux Falls VA Health Care System and practices at multiple One Medical locations across New York, Washington DC, Phoenix, San Francisco, and Austin. He specializes in treating back pain conditions, including back pain during pregnancy and in children and teens, as well as joint pain. His treatment approach includes physical therapy services, virtual care consultations, and hands-on manual therapy techniques that reflect his osteopathic training.
