Dr. David Felix Sobel, MD

In practice since 1981, David Sobel, MD, strives to provide the highest quality, state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging and interpretive expertise. With subspecialty training and interest in neuroradiology, he is experienced in performing MRI and CT imaging studies of the brain and spine. In Dr. Sobels practice, patients come first. He works to ensure that patients are comfortable and understand the exam or procedure, including any risks involved. He also makes himself available to consult with referring physicians to help answer any questions, so that all parties are well informed. He has been involved in the education of physicians in training as an assistant clinical professor of radiology and neuroradiology at the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine. Dr. Sobel has been honored as a "Physician of Exceptional Excellence" by San Diego Magazine and is the current chairman of the department of radiology.
