Dr. David Jeremy Spinak, MD

Dr. Spinak has been checking my left eye for over four years and he is always pleasant and professional and very informative. Recently my right eye had some minor hemorrhaging and he reassured me that it needed to be checked within 6 to 8 weeks however he felt it was probably due to a fluctuating blood pressure during a surgical procedure. I had two months ago when I returned to see him and he checked my right eye. He was absolutely correct in his diagnosis, and the capillary hemorrhaging had resolved. I am very pleased with the care I received from Dr. Spinak.

He was very through and cheerful. Made me feel relaxed.the staff was also friendly and efficient. I come from whidbey island, so onsequim because i trust him.

Arrived at apx 955 am for a 1005 appointment. 1039 am vision check done, moved to 2nd waiting room. 1046-1049 am eye pics taken. About 11 am, my mom (the patient, 91 yo) and I left the 2nd waiting room so my mom could use the restroom. Retuned at apx 1110 am. 1113 am in exam room. 1115 am DR Spinak in the exam room. 1118 am, exam done. It is so unreasonable that we spent so much time waiting for a 3 minute exam. While I have confidence in DR Spinak’s diagnosis, the amount of time spent in the office needs to be addressed. I talked to another patient while in the 2nd waiting room and he was dissatisfied as well as to how much time he had spent to that point and hadn’t seen the DR yet. This happens every time I bring my mom to an appointment at this office. I believe that if other patients were surveyed, the response would be the same - dissatisfied with the wait time.

Dr. Spinak gave a complete and professional explanation of my eye condition and answered all of my questions. Very happy with this doctor visit. Recommend him to anyone who needs professional work on their eyes.
