Dr. David Irving Steinberg, DO

Average appointment with him was about 4 minutes. Clearly just interested in making a dollar. Got stuck with him as he was only doctor with open appointments. Now I know why that is. Insinuates the pain is in your head. He is an empty set Ortho should look at all his reviews and take the hint.

It was absolutely the worst experience in my life undergoing treatment with this man . Not sure how he became a doctor . He’s arrogant , narcissist, poor bed side manners , poor listening skills and an absolute waste of time . Ortho Indy , he’s ruining your name brand .

He is the most arrogant physician I have ever met & I am in the medical field. He is very antagonistic & does not listen. He will not review other Dr's notes & when you ask him to get another Dr so communication can happen he says " we are done here" !! Avoid this person. He is an embarrassment to Ortho Indy & the team they have.

He's a total waste of time. I saw him 3 times for right shoulder pain. He never paid attention to me at any appointment. He kept asking the same questions over and over. Didn't read his own notes which were probably scant since he didn't listen. He rambled about one drug after another he was going ask me to take then never gave me but one. That part was fine I didn't want a bunch a drugs anyway but I found it interesting he would tell me he was going to give me something but didn't. I didn't remind him because I didn't really want it. He told me a different drug each appt and never mentioned the same one twice like he didn't really know what he was doing. Then outrage of outrage one of the tests he did indicated a slight nerve issue in my left elbow. The interesting part was that I was not there to be treated for my left elbow. I never had a complaint about my left elbow. I never thought nor mentioned my left elbow. I wanted help for significant pain in my right arm. I went to a… different doctor who easily figured out what was wrong in one visit with my right arm and actually wanted to treat what I was there for!
