Not sure what is going on but do not feel like I’m getting even ok care anymore. It doesn’t feel good when your dr rolls their eyes at you or refuses to work with you and not against you.

Dr. Stornelli allows his secretaries to make medical decisions for patients while he is on vacation. Broke my hand but was refused an in person visit by rude and unprofessional secretaries. They claimed I verbally abused them, never happened, and they hung up on me after I was persistent that a broken hand cannot be diagnosed with a phone call. When I attempted to clarify and resolve the situation by waiting patiently outside his office, Dr. Stornelli called security to have me removed before coming out to speak with me in a hostile and unprofessional manner. He'll be lucky if he doesn't hear from my lawyer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!

Dr. Storinlle is one of the best Doctors I've had in Rochester. He takes his time with me. Answers my questions and always makes me feel at ease.

He let all of us down. Don't ask him many questions. He won't know and gets angry. He bites his tongue alot when he's mad. We think he has permanent teeth marks and holes in his tongue.

Dr. Stornelli is truly the best Primary Care out there. Great eyecontact, remembers what you told him in the past, and never looks down on you. He never acts as if he is in a hurry and gives you the time you need. I am always able to see HIM and not a doctor who, may be good, but isn't MY doctor. I am concerned as the office is getting busier and more high tech. How will this affect patient care?

Dr. Stornelli is patient, friendly and I trust him completely. I have even been able to email him and recieve a response within 24 hours. I recommend him to everyone. The office has a doctor scheduled to see just emergencies every day.
