Our appointment/consultation with Dr. Strothman was very good. He listened to our concerns, questioned our daughter (the patient) about her symptoms. He was very thorough in his diagnosis of her condition and the suggested course of action, including the risks. He provided a very realistic assessment of our options and the timelines for recovery. We were a bit shocked that surgery was the best course of action, but he spent a lot of time with us, answering our questions and helping us work thru why this was the best way to move forward. We felt very comfortable with him and our daughter trusted him.
