Do not use Dr Syn my husband had surgery on a Monday the following Tuesday he is in the hospital having a follow up surgery because of Dr Syns, he let my husband leave the hospital knowing he had a leak, now here I set in the CCCU while my husband is on a ventilator! Worst surgeon ever definitely don’t not recommend!! RUN AWAY DONT WALK! Save your self some

Dr Syn sabed my life more than the original surgeey. I trust him with my life. And I habe. Ot has been 11 years since my bariatric surgwey.. Dr Syn is the nest. His staff is car8ng and professional. ?

Dr. Syn and staff are simply the best. I have had ZERO regrets with going with them. Very knowledgeable, experience, friendly and helpful!

He has an excellent orientation program where all questions are addressed. He is fast, thorough and kindly. Do NOT believe the reviews that rate the whole experience based on one person’s interaction with a nurse who is no longer in his employe. He cares about each person as an individual. Be ready with your questions. He will answer all. If you are not ready, he will be gone like a flash. He saved my life. He will tell you if you have screwed up. But that is his job.

The nurse named Erica was extremely rude and disrespectful. I had been warned that "she does not have a good personality" by patients who had been there before in the lobby, but this was my first time and I wanted to give it a chance. What a mistake. She cut me off when I asked questions, kept calling me by my first name (I'm an older person from an older generation, and we do not call our elders by their first name, which isn't even the name I go by). She used foul language because she was having trouble with one of the machines - just so rude. There are other bariatric offices that have professional staff. That is where I am going now because of my encounter with "nurse" Erica. Dr. Syn was professional as were everyone else including Shannon. This office would be smart to listen to the patients negative feedback of Erica. She is undoubtedly running of patients. I know I will seek someone else because of Erica's unprofessionalism.

I have had the best experience with Dr. Syn. When I first met him I thought he was all business and a bit cold. How wrong I was. He is kind,dedicated and yes very busy. He really cares about my surgery and aftercare. I am so grateful to him.

he made a mistake (he admits) then I had to have another surgery to fix it. still not 'better'.
